"Annex Consulting Group Inc. (Annex) engaged
Hirsch Strategies Inc. to conduct a Customer Lifecycle Architecture (CLA)
workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to identify opportunities to
improve marketing and sales processes within Annex. Participating in
the session was an eye-opening experience for us. Current processes were
discussed, Annex gaps in the CLA were highlighted, and new strategies
were defined. The results of the session provided input into the Sales
and Marketing Plan for the organization. Quick hit ideas were immediately
implemented and have made already made an impact.
